MARRICO GILL IS A NATIVE OF MISSISSIPPI WHO RELOCATED TO THE WEST COAST AROUND 2014. HE HAS BEEN COACHING, MENTORING AND TRAINING FOR OVER 13 YEARS, AS WELL AS BEING A PART OF MANY BOARDS AND COMMITTEES AND RECEIVING A CITIZEN OF THE YEAR AWARD FOR HIS COMMUNITY ENVOLVEMENT. BEING HIS HEAVIEST AT 280 POUNDS IT WAS TIME FOR A CHANGE AND HE BEGAN HIS PATH TO SELF CARE. SECURING AN ISSA STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SPECIALIST CERTIFICATION WHILE WORKING ALONGSIDE OTHER COACHES, MARRICO BEGAN TRAINING HIMSELF, ATHLETES AND OTHERS WHILE INCORPORATING MENTORING AS PART OF HIS TRAINING. MARRICO BELIEVES ANYONE IS COACHABLE AND TRAINS ALL AGES AND ABILITIES. HIS WHY?
